Graduation is the beginning of your life journey, Fr. Olagba tells graduands

SAPELE- GRADUATING class of Our Lady of Nigeria School Oghara, a Catholic owned institution in Ethiope-West LGA of Delta State have been told that their graduation from secondary education is just the begining of their journey as much is ahead for them.
This admonition was given by Very Rev. Fr. Bernard Ighobrorhien Olagba while delivering a homily during a Mass held to mark the sent forth ceremony for the seventh sets of graduands from Our Lady of Nigeria School, Oghara.
Rev. Fr. Olagba who is the Episcopal Vicar for Kwale Region urged the graduands to be of matured mind especially as they go out in pursuant of their academic life.
The event which had Olorogun Dr. Oscar Ibru as chair person, also had Chief Emmanuel Ighomena, composer of the school national anthem as father of the day and Hon. Ben Igbakpa and others.
Meanwhile, Nollywood star actress, Elizabeth Tedeye, (Mrs.) Who was once a product of a Catholic school, charged the be of good character and showcase all they have been taught during their formation period in the institution. She advised them to keep the flag of integrity and good morals flying and urged them not to forget the good virtues they have been taught and be good example and light to the world. The popular screen actress called LizBenson, advised them not to be distracted with transient material things when they finally gained admission into higher institution of learning.
In her valedictory speech, Oghenemine Edaghware who is also the outgoing senior prefect of the school, lauded the institution for forming them both in learning and character.
Present during the senthforth ceremony include the parish priest of Saint Felix Catholic Church Sapele, Rev. Fr. Philip Ejopharuphen and Dean of Sapele Deanery, Rev. Fr. Christopher Ekabo of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Sapele.
