Speaking at Adagbrasa, Bishop Afareha said; the church in Warri diocese is deeply pained that such event happened and condoled with them, maintaining that God alone will comfort them better.

The prelate admonished the parents of the deceased Hon. Jackson Enukanerhire not to be deterred in serving God as He alone knows and owned everything.  He assured them of the churches continuous prayers for the family and the repose of the soul of their deceased son.

He urged all Catholic families to remember the soul of little Jeffrey in prayers and also directed that all parishes in Warri diocese should offer masses for the repose of the soul of the victim.
